Paul’s RV Park Rules

  • All annual residents (Park Models, Mobile Homes, Manufactured Homes, and/or Permanent RV’s) must have a valid and current lease agreement on file.
  • All short term or seasonal rules, including pet rules, apply to all annual residents.
  • All Park Model,s Mobile Homes, and/or Manufactured Homes must meet current wind zone construction requirements or as specified by law or code.
  • All Park Model,s Mobile Homes, and/or Manufactured Homes must meet all National, State, County, Municipality, City and Local code requirements as they pertain to set up, tie down, electrical, plumbing, building and as otherwise specified by law or governing agency.
  • It is the responsibility of the resident to acquire/secure any and all permits as required by the above referenced agencies and/or code requirements.
  • All Park Model,s Mobile Homes, and/or Manufactured Homes must be skirted within 90 days of move in.
  • WRITTEN management approval is required PRIOR to any external building, paving, shed placement, concrete or asphalt work (car posts and/or driveways), patios, awnings, antennas or satellite installation.
  • The management reserves the right of architectural and aesthetic control over any and all units in the park. This includes, but is not limited to, exterior color(s), type and size of sheds, placement of clotheslines and placement of all structures or additions. Prior written consent and/or approval of management is required.
  • In Park sale(s) of ANY unit or structure (includes, but is not limited to, RV’s Park Models, Mobile or Manufactured homes or housing and storage sheds) must have prior written consent of Management.
  • The park and management have the discretion to request removal of the unit from the park due to age of unit, disrepair or storm damage of the unit.
  • Storage or parking of RV’s, boats, second or extra vehicles on one’s site/space is prohibited unless space allows and prior management approval is received. Some fire and building code(s) may apply.
  • ANY contractor, service provider, repairman, or anyone else who you pay to perform services and/or supply goods on these premises MUST HAVE PROOF OF COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY INSURANCE on file in the office. In lieu of liability insurance, acceptance of responsibility and liability forms are available at the park office. Both the service provider and the resident must sign the acceptance of responsibility form(s).
  • Notice of Invalidity: In the event that a rule is determined to be invalid all other rules or guidelines shall remain in effect. The determination of rule violations is solely at management discretion. Any violation of these rules and guidelines, or those in the lease agreement, can lead to the termination of tenancy.
